Digest guidelines

1. The digest must be written in English and Must Be Received no later than December 10, 2010.
2. Electronic Digest submission will be required via the WEB system at the link (http://www.intermagconference.com/intermag2011/), starting from October 25, 2010.
3. Digests sent via e-mail, fax, or regular mail will not be processed or acknowledged.
4. Instructions will be available in the process of submission and the icon HELP on the WEB page is provided.
5. Questions about digest submission can be addressed to intermag2011@phys.ntu.edu.tw.
6. Be sure to provide a clear and correct e-mail address for the corresponding author and provide all other information requested on the electronic form.
7. Acknowledgment of your submission will be sent via e-mail. Please make sure that you have received an e-mail confirmation after submit your digest.
8. Notification of acceptance of digest will be mailed by mid-January 2011.
9. Presenting authors must pay the registration fee and attend the conference.
10. Authors of accepted digests are not provided with travel fund.
11. The digests will appear online at the conference website in a fully searchable format.

Digest submission requirements

1. Each digest is limited to a maximum of two pages. Do not types page numbers; your digest will be repaginated for publication.
2. Type in upper and lower case letters. Do not use all upper case. Acronyms of institution names are acceptable.
3. Titles, authors, addresses, and references are to be included in the two-page limit and figures/tables can be contained.
4. Be sure to type your first and last names in the proper boxes and follow the instructions about FORMAT.
5. Please press the submit button only once.
6. After submit your digest, if you would like to make changes, please submit a new one and withdraw the previous one.
7. By December 10, 2010, you may edit your digest via web system and make changes on line.
8. The draft mode will be closed after December 10, 2010.
9. The web submission system will automatically produce your digest in the proper format for publication in the digest book. You may copy and paste your digest, without formatting or TeX characters, into the space provided at the website.
10. Figures need to be uploaded. The version you view and edit on the screen is a facsimile.
